Every monthly donation helps children like Pavan get special education
Pavan Teja hails from a poor family in Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh, where his father is a daily wage earner and his mother, a coolie. Pavan was diagnosed with hearing impairment at the age of two.
Traumatised by his condition and unaware of other options, his parents enrolled him in a regular school in the neighborhood where he did not show much progress. It was a while before they heard about Ashray Akruti. Happy with the care that Pavan would receive, they enrolled him in the school.
He stays in the hostel and receives the special education that he needs. Pavan has shown remarkable progress and his parents are extremely happy with his improvement and are grateful for the support provided.
