Bringing smiles is the mission of Mission Smile. The organization led by the team of dynamic trustees facilitates free life-changing surgeries for patients suffering from cleft deformities.

In a country like India, there are 1 million cleft deformity patients that have never received any form of treatment. With over 45,000 medical examination and over 35000 surgeries in 16 years, Mission Smile takes a step towards helping the situation. Mission Smile has 10 outreach centers and 1 comprehensive cleft care center. A team of 40 full-time staff and five consultants work tirelessly to serve the patients.

The backbone of Mission Smile is great professionals like Dr. Rashmi Taneja Delhi and Col. Shivaji Samaddar (Retd.). Due to their great efforts Govt. of Assam honored the Guwahati Comprehensive Cleft Care Centre with the “Social Impact Award” for their Innovative Social Services.
