Why are we rating NGOs for their efficiency in sending us feedback reports?

• GiveIndia’s commitment to the donor is that every donor will receive a customized feedback report on how the donation was utilized. (except in the case of donations through an iGive page)
  
  
• We aim to send this report to you within4-6 months of the donation.
  
  
• NGOs send in the reports for the donations received by them every month, which is further, processed by GiveIndia and then sent on to you.
  
  
• We believe that the sooner you receive a feedback, the more likely it is that you will engage with the cause/NGO that you have supported. We have instituted many systems and processes to make it simpler than before for NGOs to send us these feedbacks.
  
  
• Many of our NGOs have also created mechanisms at their end to quicken the pace at which these feedbacks get sent to us.
