Hiren C, an employee of a global consulting firm in Mumbai, recently wrote to us. He says:
"Dear GiveIndia team,
Thank you for the feedback. I am pleased with the details provided and the manner in which the funds were utilized.
I want to share what motivated me to donate. It was an early Saturday morning when a 12 year old boy on a busy street approached me and my wife for food. I heard his story of how he was forced to live on the streets after one of his parents passed away. While we took care of that boy's immediate needs, it triggered a larger thought of reaching out to the needy. GiveIndia was a comforting and transparent platform to do that." |
