As you may already be aware, March 31st is the deadline for filing tax returns in India. Clearly, a great time to approach your
Indian donors for donations. So, to maximize the value of your efforts, GiveIndia is, between Wednesday March 3rd-Wednesday March 24th, holding a challenge, similar to the India Giving Challenge
.

All you need to do is set up an iGive page for your NGO and reach out to your networks to raise as many funds through it as possible. In addition to the overall prize of Rs. , there will be surprise daily and weekly prizes too. So there are many chances of being rewarded for your fundraising efforts!

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility 
  1. Your NGO is either a tier I or a tier II NGO on GiveIndia

  2. All donations made to NGO’s iGive pages, created under the event “India Tax Saving Challenge” will be considered.

  3. Only donations made by donors registered with their Tax Paying Status set to Indian, NRI and Others on the GiveIndia site will be considered.

  4. Donations to an NGO through the following modes of payment on the GiveIndia site will be considered - Credit Card, Netbanking and Cheques (from non-US, non-UK tax payers only).

  5. Please note that bank transfers will not be allowed.
