How is the rating calculated?

The rating will be calculated as follows-
Feedback rating % = 1 - (Outstanding Feedbacks reports* / (No. of disbursed transactions in last 6 months))

NGOs will be given stars to indicate their performance:
5 stars - 80-100%
4 stars - 60-80%
3 stars - 40-60%
2 stars - 20-40%
1 star   - 0-20%

*Outstanding feedbacks reports are all transactions which have been disbursed to the NGO but feedback has not been received.
