Give through Cricket!.
Are you a cricket fan? Do you play? Can you score? Umpire? Or are just a Cricket enthusiast? GiveIndia brings an excellent opportunity to do any of these, while helping those less fortunate back home, in India.
How? The GiveIndia Bay Area Chapter and CricBay Cricket Community is organizing a charity cricket tournament in Fremont, CA. 12 teams will play a series of 10 overs a side matches, and raise money in their own circles. The winner takes home a rotating trophy, medals, and a bat autographed (not the digital print) by the little master, Sachin Tendulkar himself.
This is an excellent opportunity to have some fun and donate in kind by participating and/or volunteering some help!

Is there an entry fee for spectators? No. But if you’d like to donate, please feel free to give on the day of the tournament.
