1. The following NGOs only are eligible to participate in Twestival 2011 - Adarsh Charitable Trust, Aashayein Foundation, Equal Community Foundation, Snehadeep Trust for the Disabled, The Welfare of Stray Dogs.

2. Only donations made to NGOs’ iGive pages, created under the event “Twestival 2011” will be considered. The iGive pages may be set up by NGOs themselves or by their supporters.

3. The Challenge begins at midnight on March 1st, 2011 and ends at 11:59pm on Sunday March 27, 2011, IST. All iGive pages created for the event will automatically expire after this time. You will not be able to make a donation after this time. Please ensure that all your donations are made well in advance of this date.

4. Only donations (through Twestival 2011 iGive pages) made by donors registered with their Tax Paying Status set to Indian, NRI and Others on the GiveIndia site will be considered.

5. Donations to an NGO through the following modes of payment on the GiveIndia site will be considered - Credit Card and Netbanking.

6. Cheque/demand draft donations will not be considered as part of Twestival 2011. (With the financial year and your listing ending on March 31st, 2011, this measure ensures that we are able to disburse all funds to all organisations in this financial year itself.)

7. Please note that bank transfers will not be allowed too.

8. GiveIndia will retain 9.1% of all donations made through Twestival 2011 pages, in the same manner that it does for all other donations made through its website.

9. Donations by the NGO itself towards its iGive page will result in disqualification of the NGO from the competition.

10. Donations from only valid e-mail ids will be considered. GiveIndia will reserve the right to disregard any donations from invalid e-mail ids and will use all means at its disposal to determine validity of e-mail ids.

11. For determining the winners of the matching grant, only money raised online on iGive pages set up under "Twestival 2011" from March 1st – March 27th, 2011 will be considered.

12. We will notify the overall winners by March 30th, 2011. All funds credited in our accounts till March 28th, 2011 will be considered for determining the winner. The funds of the India Tax Saving Challenge 2011 will be disbursed to the respective NGOs by March 31st, 2011.

13. The matching funds will be disbursed by March 31st, 2011 too.

14. GiveIndia will provide a matching grant (upto a limit) to the NGOs of the top 3 fundraising cities. Each city may win a prize in both categories of prizes - 'Funds Raised' and 'Number of Unique Donors':
