Expansion of learning centre - Noida, Uttar Pradesh

This project will expand learning project at Noida which will help them reach to more children from the marginal section of society. They presently cater to 78 children with a staff strength of 4 tecahers. Classes are held from Nursery to Class III presently. The plan is to increase classes upto Class V as children get promoted.

This centre started in March 2007 with approximately 20 children and 2 teachers. Today after 2 years the NGO has been able to instill confidence in the parents and the community in large. The quality of education and commitment has been recognised and now there is a growing demand for more children to be admitted since there is a paucity of good schools in this area. In order to reach out to more children they will have to expand as current centre will not be able to absorb any more children.
