Educational support for out of school and school going children. - Madurai, Tamil Nadu

This project will provide motivational education to 250 working children and supplementary education to 350 children in 10 villages of Usilampatti block madurai district, Tamilnadu state

The NGO works for child labour eradication. A child has the right to study and enjoy his/her childhood. Yet in practice the child is in most cases denied the rights. In the Madurai district, Usilampatti block childrens are most commonly employed in Brick chamber works, Biscuit making, pickels making industries, and assistant in agriculture farm labourers. They are also employed in hotels and two wheeler workshops.
