Talking Book production center for the Blind - Rajkot, Gujarat

This project will provide Talking Books in Daisy format to 500 Blind & Low Vision secondary, higher secondary and college students of all districts of Gujarat state.

In a country like India, not even half % books are converted into accessible formats for persons with blindness. As a result of this students attend schools and colleges without books to read themselves, persons with blindness cannot read newspapers, they cannot even think of getting access to non-text books without which education and knowledge gathering is impossible
