Zamsei Touthang is an orphan from Manipur. Zamsei Touthang is an orphan from Manipur. He lost his entire family in the insurgency in Manipur. He was found by the church in the locality and handed over to a pastor who runs an orphanage in Bangalore. Zamsei had never been before although he was ten years old.
