CSA employed Varsha and trained her in ECCED. She now trains and oversee the work of the child care workers and imparts early childhood education to the children

There is a lot of improvement in the childcare standard in the agencies. The children are also well looked after by the childcare workers. There is improvement in their health due to proper nutrition. The rise in the level of adoptability leads to more number of adoption from these rural agencies.
