Success Story

Madhuri is a destitute child, staying in a Destitute Home in Bhawanipatana town of Orissa since she was an infant. Madhuri is a destitute child, staying in a Destitute Home in Bhawanipatana town of Orissa since she was an infant. During her final year Grade 10, in nearby Govt High school, she got increasingly worried about her future. Her weakness in English raised serious self-doubt in her ability to clear the all crucial 10th final exam.

But, Madhuri had an aptitude for technology and was enrolled for the computer training class to receive Diploma in Computer education (DCA). This course is run by CSA at the agency campus.CSA has also deployed a computer teacher to teach these children. Madhuri joined a group of enthusiastic hard working students. In addition she was also enrolled to DTP training & spoken English sessions initiated by CSA.

Madhuri is now in 12th standard which means she successfully passed her 10th final. The computer class coupled with other skill development sessions has raised her confidence manifold. Today she is confident of getting a decent job with the computer skills she has honed in the class. She is a confident young woman now and very much sure about her future and a role model to the other girls in the care home.
