After three weeks, things changed. At DESIRE, she was given health care and timely treatment. She was able to get ARV (Anti-retroviral) treatment which is the only medicine available to sustain the immune system.

Now, Swathi can eat, go to school and study with her friends. With help from DESIRE, Swathi has found a new life. Swathis mother was amazed to see her daughter putting on weight. DESIRE society is very happy to bring about such changes in peoples lives.
