Sanskriti Samvardhan Mandal (SSM) runs 2 primary schools (Grades 1-8) and one high school (Grades 9-12) at different locations in Sagroli village at a distance of a little more than 1 km.

How It Works

• The children are provided completely free education (textbooks are free & teacher salary funded by government).
• The schools have residential centres that provide good care and support • The girl boarders usually come from single parent families or poor financial backgrounds.
• The students can choose to study in the Marathi medium school or after passing an exam, in the recently opened English medium school.
• The schools are affiliated with Maharashtra State Board and the children write the SSC exams in Grade 10 and HSC exam in Grade 12.

Giving Hope where there was none
Hanmant Babarao Shiralwad belongs to an extremely poor family. His parents are farm labourers and were unable to support the education and care of their son.
Sanskriti Samvardhan Mandal extended a helping hand towards the boy and brought him in Balak Mandir hostel and provided all necessary facilities like food and accommodation and enrolled him in a school run by the organization.
He is studying in Shivaji High School, Sagroli District Nanded in Grade 9. He is a sincere and obedient and attends school every day without fail.
