Success Story

Karuna Sagar Prasadulu is 5 years old. He and his mother have been infected by HIV/AIDS. Karuna Sagar Prasadulu is 5 years old. He and his mother have been infected by HIV/AIDS. His father died of HIV/AIDS two years ago. Karuna Sagar and his mother are dependent on his grandfather for their livelihood. His grandfather is a daily labourer and his income is very low and is not sufficient to maintain his family.

Karuna Sagar needs support for his food, medicines and future development activities. ARDAR has helped Karuna Sagar to get Anti Retroviral Drugs from the government. ARDAR provides him support in terms of nutrition food and development. ARDAR has spoken with the community to support and not to stigmatize the family.

His health is now stable. He plays with the children in the community and will be going to school next year.
