Life Anew
Sri Premadhan Kanda was born in June, 1942 at Gopalnagar, Mohanpuar in Tripura. In his early days, he was a tea garden worker and belonged to a very poor family. Now he is 71 years old. In 2006 he suddenly had a stroke and from then he has become paralyzed. His sons are also working in the Tea Garden. With their small income they could not meet the expenditure of his treatment and nursing. His wife is looking after him.
Abhoy Mission decided to support Sri Kanda under our Sponsor a Grandparent Programme. We provide him with some support every month to help him get by without being too much of a burden on his family. In winter we provided him with a blanket, bed sheet and some winter garments.
Now he has got some sorts of relief and passing his days free from troubles.
