He stayed on a platform near the hospital, begging. His fractured leg caught infection.

Janaseva?s social worker visited Pradhan and brought him to the Foundation?s rural hospital. He was treated for two months. In addition to medicine, he was provided with tonics and high-nutrition food. He also received physiotherapy.

Pradhan was shifted to the destitutes rehabilitation center where he did administrative work in the bakery unit for a month. Subsequently, he was given Rs.1,000 for a ticket to visit his parents. Throughout his fragile condition, he never thought that he would meet his parents again. Janaseva gave him the chance.
