Sandeep Supran is affected by Cerebral Palsy. Sandeep Supran is affected by Cerebral Palsy. He is 19 yrs old. He was kept in his house idle without any training or therapy.

We identified him through a medical camp and assessed his needs. We also talked to his parents about the importance of rehabilitation. Our Home Based Rehabilitation team (HBR) now goes to his house once or twice a week and provides therapy and training. This includes both Physiotherapy and Special Education.

Sandeep is being given Physiotherapy and Special education. His physical improvement is very minimal, due to long neglect and over age. But the gradual deterioration of his joint stiffness has stopped. With the help of Special education, his psychological health and social skills have improved. Further improvement is expected. His parents are also very happy. Now he can sit independently without any support.
