Success Story

Sathish, a hearing impaired child,age 11 years, hails from a poor family. Sathish, a hearing impaired child,age 11 years, hails from a poor family. His father is a farmer and they had no idea what a Hearing Aid was and how it could help their chilld acquire speech and language skills.

We provide hearing aids to as many children as we can, to enhance their residual hearing and assist them in learning and speaking. Sathish joined Ashray Akruti two years back and we have provided him with a good hearing aid which helps to make use of the residual hearing power.

Hearing aids enhance each child’s capacity to hear, learn and speak, enabling them to communicate without any reliance on sign language. A Hearing Aid coupled with speech and audio therapy has helped Sathish to speak and frame small sentences.
