Success Story

Ishrat Parween is a ten year old girl. Ishrat Parween is a ten year old girl. She stays with her parents and three siblings at Tegaria, a poor semi-urban village of Kishanganj town. Her father is a rickshawpullar who earns very little insufficient for a large family.

Ishrat was studying in grade-III in Azad Public school under sponsorship from a well-wisher but when he refused to renew her sponsorship,AIF decided to help her continue with her education with the support of Give India.

Due to timely support from Give India sponsorship, Ishrat successfully completed grade III and is studying in grade IV. She also takes part in extra-curricular activities of the school.She wants to be a teacher to help needy students like her.
