From many years, it is evident that tribal are not recognized as citizens in the country From many years, it is evident that tribal are not recognized as citizens in the country, because right from the beginning they used to live in the forest or away from civilization, thus the Government of India was unable to find out the population, but now the scenario changes in most of the places. Government knows the population, welfare schemes & budgets are released every year particularly for the tribal, but many of them are not receiving them, but the budget being exhausted every year. Nationally and globally, some of the rights were formulated for tribal to empower and avoid exploitation (land rights, legal rights, human rights etc), but none of them are aware of this, because of low literacy rate among them.

We intervened in educating the tribal on Government schemes (NREGS, PDS, and Arogya Sri Health), Tribal rights and services (land, legal, and human) available to them, which brought respectable changes in their life, both economically and socially. They realize that they too have rights and entitlements and also lead normal life like any other community in the society, then the discrimination decreases in the society.

There is lot of difference among the tribal, especially in education. Literacy rate is slowly increasing among them and national employment guarantee scheme which is meant for tribals, is accessible to them without any discrepancies, because they were empowered on the scheme. Likewise, they are fighting on land rights and they avoid becoming victims to exploitation.
