Success Story

Puja is a 6 year old girl and a resident of Kharpeena village. Puja is a 6 year old girl and a resident of Kharpeena village. Just like other children of the area Puja too was not going to school .Most of the children in the area do not go to school until the age of 4-6. After this age the Govt schools do not admit them so now she has been admitted in our Balawadi.

Unnati staff regularly holds meetings in these villages and create awareness among the people on the need to educate children. The mother of Puja was also present in one of these meetings and understood the importance of education .The Balwadi was also initiated when the community raised the issue of a school. So Puja was admitted here .After one year she was sent to regular school

After going to the school Puja has become very active .Her health has also improved her health is being monitored by us and we find that Puja has now become more sociable and mingles with everyone.
