Success Story

The child (Sivani), aged 3 years was taken care by neighbors when her parents went for agricultural labor work. The child (Sivani), aged 3 years was taken care by neighbors when her parents went for agricultural labor work. She was looking anemic, unhealthy. She did not have proper dress and footwear. She used to play in dirt in the street. After her parents came from their work, she was taken for bath and food. This food was also not nutritious. Only rice was given without any vegetables.

We identified her parents and gave counseling and advise to take care of the child. We brought the child to our crèche on 01.06.2008 and gave meals, nourished nuts, dress, footwear and toys. She comes daily at 8.30am and goes home by 4pm.

The child is getting nutritious food and playing well. Now both the child and parents are happy.
