Success Story

Chittemma is 38 yrs old. Chittemma is 38yrs old. She along with her husband Mr. Nageswar Rao used to go for agriculture work as laborers. One day while coming from fields they met with an accident. Both of them were seriously injured and not able to go to the fields which were far away. They want to do a suitable vocation at their house itself.

Our volunteer, Mr.Prasad while attending our activities in Nannoor village observed the piteous condition of this couple and assisted them in establishment of a dairy micro enterprise.

They have been doing the dairy activity continuously with a buffalo provided to them. They have been selling milk and milk products and earning a good income. After meeting their daily house hold expenses, they are able to save some money regularly. The only buffalo supplied by SERUDS has given birth to three more buffaloes. One has died and two are giving good yield of milk. Now she has become a successful micro entrepreneur by expanding her dairy activity.
