To Gift Aid donations, please register as a UK tax payer or modify your profile accordingly. When you make a donation, the system asks you whether you would like to GiftAid the donation or not. Indu, a six month old girl, was diagnosed as suffering from obstruction in the left kidney. Indu, a six month old girl, was diagnosed as suffering from obstruction in the left kidney. Her parents were advised that a major reconstructive surgery was needed. They were poor, and there was no way they could afford the cost of the operation.

Dr. Shunboghe of Sri Ramachandra Medical College, offered to do the surgery free of cost. But there were other costs to be taken care of. Indus parents were referred to TANKER Foundation to help them. An aid of Rs.7,000 was sanctioned for baby Indu.

The child is now five-years-old and is growing up healthy. Her parents are in regular touch with TANKER Foundation.
