At present there are no schools and hostels in the govt. sector some NGOs of commercial nature are organizing stay facilities in major cities & parent organizations like us are relentlessly working for the cause in a dedicated manner a support provided organizations like us will definitely bring a significant change so as to lead an independent meaningful life in the society. Mr.L.Narsaiah, a Down syndrome candidate attended special school for 10 yrs. Before joining Manochaitanya he was aggressive, used to abuse and threaten other peer groups.

We provide early intervention special education, employment (Rs.35/- per day) and hostel according to the need, physiotherapy, speech therapy, dance, music. After joining Manochaitanya during 1999 and Mano Samarth hostel in 2006-07 he learnt vocational activities like ruling white paper on the ruling machine, making envelopes, sweet boxes and chalk sticks. Places visited by Narsaiah: Karimnagar District level Disabled sports meet at Ambedkar Stadium, Sammakka Sarakka Jathara at Godavari Bridge etc. Festivals celebrated: Pongal & Maha Shiva Rathri.

He was given training in dance, which was presented in many platforms in & around Andhra Pradesh, His behavior has completely changed; he is almost independent in day-day activities. He asks regularly for payment of his remuneration (Rs.1000) if it is delayed beyond the 8th. He manages his bank account and is training to become self employed.
