Success Story

The young and malnourished mothers are mostly admitted through the Emergency Centre of our hospital The young and malnourished mothers are mostly admitted through the Emergency Centre of our hospital. These patients are clinically difficult to manage as they arrive very late for the treatment, and since they are devoid of a proper ante natal care, the number of complications increases.

Hospital provides a complete 4 course diet to these patients. The highly nutritious diet helps them recuperate fast from the complications they have faced during their deliveries. The diet department provides the patients with specialized diet as advised by the physicians of the Gynec department for such patients e.g.: protein rich diet, iron rich diet, fluid diet etc. They receive 2 meals from the hospital which their families may not be able to manage in this crucial stage.

The patients are fed well, it helps them to recover fast and enable them to feed their infants properly in return. Diet is very important component of the complete treatment of the pregnant women with complications. Providing proper and timely diet to such poor patients helps them regain their health.
