Success Story

Pavan Kumar J.R son of Ramprasad and Smt.Hemavathi was brought to Samveda in the year 2000 with the complaint of scholastic backwardness while he was studying in VII standard. Pavan Kumar J.R. s/o Ramprasad and Smt.Hemavathi was brought to Samveda in the year 2000 with the complaint of scholastic backwardness while he was studying in VII standard. Later on he went on to fail in VIII standard. The parents were observing over the years that Pavan was going down the dark alley. He had started secluding himself from his peers and relatives. He was avoiding everyone including his father and showed no interest in studies or sports. He had no friends from I standard to VII standard. He had withdrawn himself into a shell without responding to instructions from either parents or teachers. And when scolded or ridiculed he did not understand why he was targeted.

He spent three years at Samveda and was trained using the Samveda Remedial Teaching Model. He left Samveda in 2003 after completing X grade public exam by scoring 51%. He was happy, jovial and had many friends and was interacting with relatives and parents very positively and even helped his father by attending his shop in leisure hours. He took part in sports and yoga and even participated in many competitions. His confidence got boosted and look at Pavan’s performance later. He completed his BCom., with distinction by scoring 84%.

Presently Pavan is studying at R.V. Institute of Management, Bangalore. He joined through PGCET merit seat quota. Apart from his exemplary performance academically, he gas taken part in many essay competitions, Quiz competitions, represented his college in many state level competitions. He is a good dancer too.
