Mrs. Lakshmi aged 40 yrs, w/o Mr. Sezhiyan residing at No.162, Killiyanur road, Ramanathapuram, Vanurpost, Vanur T.K. Her husband is a mechanic. She is a house wife and as one son and one daughter both are college going students. When she was affected with Chronic Renal Failure disease, she was in need of AV Fistula surgery to put her on dialysis which was on emergency need.

Mrs. Lakshmi under went a Fistula surgery. Her family was in a crucial situation unable to afford for the surgery. She was helped by making surgery at free of cost which was successful.

This free surgery was of great timely help for her and her family. It has benefited her to be on dialysis from 18/04/2009.Now she is undergoing dialysis twice a week for her survival.
