Success Story

Sowmya lost her father in her young age and the only dependent mother is mentally ill. Sowmya lost her father in her young age and the only dependent mother is mentally ill. Sowmya was diagnosed with Diabetics at a very young age. Her mother goes for small agriculture work and her meagre income was not enough even for the food needs of the two. She could not afford to buy insulin which she has to take atleast three doses on daily basis. This deteriorated her condition and has to be admitted in hospital on regular basis, which even worsen the financial position of the family.

Devashrayam reviewed her case and concluded that it was genuine. Insulin and syringes were brought for Sowmya every month on the precription from doctor.

Sowmya is now having her regular dose of insulin on a monthly basis. Although she cannot recover from her illness, the regular medicine had made her healthy and and reduced her vist to the hospital considerably. Sowmya family situation has improved a lot.
