With great enthusiasm and firm determination, an ADD volunteer succeeded in motivating the young generation to participate in the vocational training organized by ADD. We also explained them the various vocational courses offered by the institution. Pragash Ram enrolled in the Incense Stick (Agarbatti Nirman) production

After successfully completing the training he has now started his own production of incense sticks. He is helped in marketing by a local SHG. Pragash Ram now has a purpose in life and is determined to work hard and do well for himself and his family.
