12 year old Rani was fearful, shy with limited social skills 12 year old Rani was fearful, shy with limited social skills. She could not look after herself. Her motor-coordination was poor. She could not identify/name colours and objects like table, chair, hand, etc.She is suffering from Down s syndrome

Rani joined the class which had 15 children with the same level of challenges. Trained teacher with love and affection helped her to play with other children and taught her to hold ball with her hands and spoon with her fingers. She learnt names of different colours and objects. Her parents were guided by psychiatrist on how to take care of Rani at home
