aya Sony is the mother of a Cerebral Palsy child and used to be with her son during his time in school. Jaya Sony is the mother of a Cerebral Palsy child and used to be with her son during his time in school. She helped her son in the class room as well as in the therapy session. But majority of the time she was just sitting in the classroom without doing anything with her son.

We realized her capacity. She was appointed as a member of the Parent Support group and now assists in the speech therapy class. She can also assist in other areas like academic classes, occupational therapy classes and in socialisation activities.

Now she helps not only her son but also other children with challenges. More than that she now is now getting an income from this. She is happy, fully involved in her work, and is able to engage herself in a gainful occupation while attending to her sons needs.
