Success Story

Working in the Disability Rehabilitation field for 15 years, we met many parents who were faced with the traumatic question: After Us, What? Working in the Disability Rehabilitation field for 15 years, we met many parents who were faced with the traumatic question: After Us, What? After several meetings, we rationalized their wish list and formed MBA Foundation with a Mission, Vision and Action Plan. Our Mantra and guiding gospel is Sharing, Caring, Loving, Assessment, and Therapy & Training in a family atmosphere.

We started a community based Day Care Centre in Jan. 2002, to keep disabled youngsters active, occupied and cheerful, with training in suitable value adding activities, music, dance, yoga, etc. Slowly their attitude to work changed from I Cannot to We Can. A few of our real life stories are Manisha, Manish, Amit, Shardul, Ashwini, Deepa, Uday, and Narayan, some of whom work outside

We took up other areas like Residential Life care, Executive Development & Training for Self and Open Employment for educated and trainable, Early Intervention for special children, Schooling (NIOS) for School drop-outs. Presently, we serve nearly 300 needy beneficiaries. There is a growing demand for such care services in areas of Mumbai Thane and New Mumbai.
