42-year-old Subash, (Name changed) a graduate from Meerut University got in to the trap of addiction when he was 35 in the company of his real brother who was also an addict and died few years due to alcoholism. 42-year-old Subash, (Name changed) a graduate from Meerut University got in to the trap of addiction when he was 35 in the company of his real brother who was also an addict and died few years due to alcoholism. The experience of his brother was an eye opener for him. He chose to undergo treatment & got admitted to TPF. In his initial days, he was under acute depression and was irritable.

He underwent detoxification & rehabilitation services which aims at holistic health development of the addict viz. physical, mental, social and spiritual aspects by using alternative therapies. Once he became physically and mentally balanced ‘what to do after discharge’ was big question mark. During the rest of three months period of stay at TPF he enrolled himself for basic computer training.

After leaving the center, he got a job as a data entry executive in one of the marketing companies. It helped him to keep away from unwanted thoughts and engaged him mentally and physically through out the day. Subash, is now leading a comfortable life with wife and children trying to apply the knowledge and skills in daily life he learnt at TPF
