MDS conducted a survey to determine need. Took advice and suggestions of the local leaders and opened a free medical clinic in Hadonahalli in Dodballapur Taluk that functions every Sunday except 3rd Sunday with the help of volunteer doctors, a paid pharmacist and MDS volunteers and staff

The elderly, infirm and women have benefited enormously. Those with chronic conditions such as hypertension/diabetes get a continuous supply of medicines. Saves them money, effort and time involved in going to distant hospitals. It is not only physical health benefits but assurance, psychological and emotional satisfaction from interacting with the team
