Neeraj Bala came to Delhi with her parents, sister and two brothers from her village. Neeraj Bala came to Delhi with her parents, sister and two brothers from her village. Like so many others migrant families, her family ended up living in a slum. Her parents were illiterate and did not have the money to pay for a decent education for Neeraj or her siblings.
