Most of the children of HIV infected parents are in a state of mental trauma and depression, when they come to know about the health status of their parents Most of the children of HIV infected parents are in a state of mental trauma and depression, when they come to know about the health status of their parents. They are unable to concentrate in their education, face the discrimination of the community and also at times forced to take up the family responsibility and care of the infected parents. This makes them isolate themselves, become dropouts

These children are counseled by our counselors and all efforts taken to give them a normal childhood. The training modules include Self awareness, Creative thinking, Critical thinking, Coping with emotions, Communication, Empathy, Decision Making, Interpersonal relationship, My protective shield, Hygiene & Environment

All these tireless efforts give a positive stroke to the children and face life successfully.The life skill training gives them confidence to face problems, think, analyze and achieve success. The training given have developed many positive speakers, lead formation of children forums, motivated many children to successfully complete education and overcome the trauma
