Mr. Sonya Kashinath Bhoye is a rat catcher. Mr. Sonya Kashinath Bhoye is a rat catcher. But this business very harmful for his health as he uses traditional apparatus for catching rats.Doing this work has made him asthmatic. He has no agricultural land. He catches 5-8 rats a day which his family uses as food. He has three children whom he cannot afford to send to school.

We provided entrepreneurship training to Sonya. Cooperative concept used to bring together 100 beneficiaries. Through this they are able to set up market chain for selling of their product. Leaf Plate Making, Collection of forest fruits & how to prepare pickles of that fruit, collection of gum & how to market it, collection of oil seeds and how to uses for biodiesel. related entrepreneurship training is also provided beside the Paper Bag Making training.

Sonya started the paper bag making business after receiving training. He earns Rs 3000 to 5000 per month. His annual income will increase up to Rs.36000 to 60000 slowly. When his income increases, he need not migrate to look for work. He will able to enroll his children in school. He is providing sufficient food to his family; thus solving the problem of malnourishment.
