The milestones of two-year-old Avinash are delayed. He needs constant medical care and regular physiotherapy exercises. The physiotherapist, Kasthuri plays an important role in providing passive and active exercises for him The special educator, Poongothai plays a major role in early intervention training. The caretaker, Susheela feeds and cleans him.
