Mission/Vision
An inclusive Society in which Persons with Disability will enjoy equal rights, opportunities and participation.

Background
This organisation was started by Fr. Thomas C.T. He was committed to do meaningful work to minimize problems of neglected sections of society. The assessment of the ground situation revealed that though there were many different sets of people who were neglected, the disabled persons were the most neglected section. Even among these, children with mental and physically disabilities were the most among neglected. Hence, the organization was started to help them.

The Present head Fr. Tom George is a special educator and social worker. He was assistant director for the last 7 years and took over the leadership in July 2013.

 Golden Achievement of Deepak Sharma
Before joining our special school in 1998 Deepak Sharma was sitting idle at home without any useful activity in family and society and lacked direction for future. Before joining our special school in 1998 Deepak Sharma was sitting idle at home without any useful activity in family and society and lacked direction for future. In our school he was provided special skill development training in self care, social behavior, functional academics, prevocational, recreational areas followed by vocational skills. As a result of these interventions he improved a lot and became independent in self care and socially more acceptable. Finally he got employed in our school in 2003 and continuing as a full time supporting staff till date. During training in our school he developed special interest in sports and games and participated as a member of Indian Basket Ball Team for the international special Olympics in Athens, Greece in 2011 and won Gold Medal for the country.

Monu was brought to the center as an orphan when he was approximately 3 years of age. He was a child with multiple disability which included mental retardation, diaplegic locomotor disability, visual impairement and also lack of speech. Even he was unable to sit without support. He had very poor health and had skin disease also. First of all he was given medicinal intervention to cure his skin disease and improve his general health. His physiotherapy and occupational therapy were started to improve his locomotor condition. Special training was started for developing his skills in self care, social behaviour, communication and cognitive areas. He is now independent in activities of daily living, moving through out the center independently by crawling, understands the communication, follows all instructions. He recongnizes the environment and people, his social behaviour has improved and became appropriate. He is learning further age appropriate skills.
