Background
Established on March, 11, 2008, CSSAR is a Delhi-based non-governmental, non-political, and not-for-profit organization. CSSAR is an initiative by a group of individuals who have the passion to give back some thing to the society which has given us so much. It is this passion which drives us.

Yogendra Jha has done M.A. in Sociology. He worked as an Assistant Director in the EPFO, Ministry of Labour, Govt. of India for twelve years. During his service in the EPFO, he conducted several studies for rickshaw pullers on social security related issues. It was during the course of these studies that he got to work closely with laborers and was moved by their sad plight. In 2008 he founded CSSAR and in the same year quit his job to work full time for CSSAR and devote all his focus and energy to the group. He envisions a society where every child gets proper education irrespective of social and financial background.
