National Association for the blind is one of the largest voluntary organizations established in 1952 providing cradle to grave services to the blind.
The education department of NAB provides training and skills to visually impaired through a device called Braille kit a basic educational aid for writing Braille performing arithmetic operations and tactual representation of maps diagrams etc. Children from poor families in rural areas cannot afford these kits.
