Dear Friends,

The idea of making a difference in this world has been on my mind for quite some time now. So, I'm proud to tell you that I have taken an initial step to raise funds for Childline Organization. The reason that I'm doing this is that I feel that fortunate people like us need to do our bit for those with less. I am hoping to raise at least Rs.100 to help this cause. Childline Organization will use this money for the facilitation of disabled children, orphans and Child labourers.

I am excited to finally be doing so - however small it may be. Do not hesitate to donate through this Website. It is simple, totally secure and the most efficient way to help me reach my goal. The NGO I have chosen will receive your money quickly and effortlessly. If you are an Indian, US or UK taxpayer, there are tax benefits to be had as well. Name of NGO: CHILDLINE India Foundation

Mission/Vision: CHILDLINE 1098 is a national, 24x7, free, emergency phone and outreach service for children in need of care and protection. Currently present in 172 cities across 26 states and UTs in India, the vision is to have a child-friendly nation that guarantees the rights and protection of all children.

This is a Tier 2 listed NGO and meets legal criteria for charitable organisations as provided by the organization but not independently verified by GiveIndia. It does not meet the more stringent Credibility Alliance norms followed by Tier 1 listed NGOs. GiveIndia does not provide any assurance on use of funds raised through iGive pages, nor provides feedback reports for the same.
