The Payroll Giving programme is GiveIndia's largest programme raising Rs. 10 cr p.a. through 40,000 employees in 110+ companies. The Payroll Giving (PRG) programme was started in 2003 and over the last 9 years it has been used by more than 1,25,000 employees across India's most well-known companies spanning sectors from banking, insurance, media, manufacturing, telecom etc. In the PRG programme, employees are encouraged to set aside a small amount from their salary each month towards charity and later on they can donate to a cause of their choice.
As the Engagement Manager, your role will be to build and maintain strong, long-term relationship with client organisations through marketing and communication which highlight the programme and how it is helping in employee engagement. Your key customer in this role will be HR Heads and HR SPOCs. The objective will be to engage them so as to drive signups and donations by employees. This is a target oriented role and KRAs will include quantitative performance criteria related to the deepening penetration in existing organisations.
This is a fairly independent role requiring a high degree of initiative, commitment, passion, creativity and most importantly, execution focus while co-ordinating with multiple teams to accomplish key responsibilities.

GiveIndia is looking for a senior management professional to drive our newly started UHNI (Ultra High Networth Individual) Philanthropy initiative. This effort will focus on assisting UHNIs (typically among India's 200 wealthiest families and individuals) with their philanthropy, by putting together events and small group meetings to inspire them and facilitate peer learning.
The senior manager will have the opportunity to work with some of India's most noted philanthropists and their teams. The role involves doing lots of in-depth research on the current philanthropic activities of India's wealthiest, their areas of interest, large scale social change initiatives in India, legal and tax issues around setting up private family foundations, etc. It involves meeting with the UHNIs and their family offices, understanding the challenges they face in their philanthropic work and assisting them in finding solutions to them.
