Donation Option Unavailable

When I visited the website and tried to make a donation, I got an error message saying that I cannot donate to this donation option/NGO. Why?

Indian government regulations stipulate that every NGO that seeks funding from any person who is not an Indian national must possess an FCRA certificate. If your Person Category is set as US/UK Tax Payer or Others, then you are not eligible to donate to non-FCRA NGOs. FCRA status can be checked in the Registration Details section on the Financials page of a NGO’s profile.
