Baby Tanushree was found abandoned at the NICU in a government hospital away from Bangalore. Baby Tanushree was found abandoned at the NICU in a government hospital away from Bangalore. She was receiving minimal care, fed with watered down milk and in a very unhygienic state. She also had a medical condition which needed immediate care.

She was admitted to our facility on 09.05.2008. Tanushree had a history of Anovaginal Fistula. She was shown to surgeon and was advised surgery. She was admitted to Manipal hospital and after the consultation it was told that she needed an immediate surgery. She was in hospital for a few months after which Tanushree returned to Vathsalya.

Today she is in a beautiful home adopted by a loving couple. She has grown up well and all her milestones are age appropriate. She visits us at times and it is a delight to see her bask in the love of not only her mother and father but the extended family as well.
