Mrs. M. Jeeva is a widow, living in Rightenpatti village with her three sons Mrs. M. Jeeva is a widow, living in Rightenpatti village with her three sons. She belongs to the Dalit community & is works as a daily wage worker. She manages to earn Rs. 80/- a day. Her children are studying in CMS Higher Secondary school Srivilliputtur. She was finding it very difficult to meet their school expenses. She stopped their studies & sent them to Guptha Match Box Industries to work.

The children worked for one year as child laborers. Through our intervention with SHG at Rightenpatti we got to know these children and rescued them with Govt. support. MVKS provided children with uniforms, school bags and school supplies

Now the children are studying. Their family members are happy. The children re-joined the school to continue their schooling
